The aim of the bupa great north run show is to provide information to people of all ages on the benefits of participation in sport and to keep an active lifestyle.
The show features trade stands from sports company's and charity's giving advise and promoting their own sports products, the show is a big part of the great north run it's self and is held on the same day as the junior great north run.
The great north run show is situated on Mill road car park, Gateshead Quayside over looking the Millennium bridge on the river Tyne next to the Sage, it's worth visiting the show just for the view alone.
