Adding canapés to your hog roast or spit roast menu is easy simply choose the hog roast or spit roast menu you would like and try to estimate how many people you require catering for.
Choose the canapés you would like to be served to your guests on arrival
We would suggest 5 to 6 canapés per person if guests have been with out food for more than a few hours or if it is near a regular eating time.
As standard we would suggest 3 to 4 canapés per person.
