Further to my recent conversation with Maureen,
I would like to specify our requirements of a large up-coming event
we are holding to see if it is a service that you would be interested
in providing.
Hunley Hotel and Golf Club in Brotton, North Yorkshire is hosting the
PGA Europro Tour 13-16th September 2011, please see our attached
brochure.
This event is being televised by Sky Sports and is open to the public for spectatorship free of charge.
We have no way of anticipating numbers but expect a good response.
On the 13th September the event starts with a Europro AM Day where teams of 3 amateur golfers will play in a team with a Pro Golfer in an amateur competition.
This event requires a halfway BBQ for potentially 634 players (numbers to confirm) This service is covered in their
package so a price is required for the Hotel to cover.
We would also like the BBQ to be available on the Professional Competition, 14-16th September, in addition all days require a full bar, jacket potato food station, crepe station and if you have such a thing - a tea & coffee/barista station.
These stands are required on a leasing spot to yourselves, and the price for food/drink is charged direct to the
customers with all profits attainable by you.
Please can you let me know this is a catering service you are interested in and your availability for these dates?
